1. Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@thelittlebabycompany.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (like feeding products) may not be eligible for return if opened.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
